Criteria
We list any Bitcoin sidechain or rollup project on this site. Some of these projects are legitimate. Some of them are scams.
Two clarifying points:
- Active Github: Do they have commits in over 3 repositories within the last 3 months
- Price down over 80%: This is against the US Dollar
